Coal grade T is one of the subspecies of stone, it is also called semi-anthracite. At similar characteristics with coke coal, it is not sintered when heated and does not create coke cake. With these characteristics, fuel is mainly used in large power plants or rail transport. The use of this brand is preferable in cast-iron furnaces with forced thrust to protect against gas clogging. Low ash variants can be used to produce electrodes. The size of pieces of grade T can be represented by both large and small fractions from 0 to 100 mm.
