The Coal grade GZh is characterised by a higher sintering capacity and by a higher volatile yield from the W grade. The coals of GZh brands are mainly used in coking industry and belong to the group of grades of coals, especially valuable for coking. In most cases, they can completely replace fat coals in the charge of coke plants. Concentrates of coal of the GZh brand with a ash content of less than 2% should be used as a binder in the production of electrode and carbon-graphite products; coals of the brand GZh are also suitable for the production of synthetic liquid fuel.
